BOOK
All our learning services are managed through passes via an online booking software. We offer two types of passes: Group Classes and Private Lessons, each with different options per category. This website does not allow the purchase or reservation of classes; it only provides information about pricing and functionality.
ACTIVE PASS
After purchasing your pass, you will have a designated period to use it. During this time, the pass will remain active, granting you access to all the membership benefits we offer
GROUP CLASS PASSES
For group classes, you can choose the number of classes and the duration of the pass. With any pass, you can access all the group classes offered at the club, so it’s crucial to select the pass that best suits your needs in terms of schedule, age, level, and type of learning: Fundamentals (general technique from first-timer to expert) or Specials (skating disciplines).
You can use these passes for either 42 days or 3 months from the date of purchase.
FREE GROUP CLASS
If you are new to the club, we offer your first one group class pass for FREE. Find the 100% discount code written in our terms and conditions. Each group class accepts a maximum of 2 students using this discount at the same time. To make a booking or cancellation, you must read the policy for each pass.
PRIVATE LESSONS PASSES
For private lesson passes, students can choose whether the lesson lasts 60 or 120 minutes and the number of participants (1, 2, or 3). Organize your lesson at your own learning pace with the instructor of your choice, whether for yourself or for children (ages 4+). If you would like to arrange lessons for groups (such as birthday parties or corporate teamwork), please contact us.
OUR BOOKING SOFTWARE
At LSkate, we use an automated system called GoTeamUp to help you efficiently organize your account information and bookings. Your profile contains personal details, level, marketing preferences, signed forms, and the option to add family members for class bookings. You can manage reservations, track payments, access important documents, and view notifications from the club. Additionally, your instructor can access this information to better understand your level and past classes, enhancing your learning experience.
MY ACCOUNT
You will be able to access information about your upcoming bookings, your profile info, learning services, reservations, registrations, payments, documents, referrals, notifications, and contact information.
SCHEDULE
You will be able to access the updated calendar of GROUP CLASSES, and other events. If you have an active pass, you can directly select your group class in this section and book.
ON DEMAND
You will have access to the level assessments, which we will provide in both written and video formats.
PASSES
Section to purchase any pass to enable the booking of your group class or private lesson.
EVENTS
Access to our events, including LStreets, Freedays, and trips.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Access to select the instructor, time, day, and location of your private lesson.
FORM AND WAIVERS
Access the documents you have signed.
